Refund policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for any return. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
EU Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at info@ragroyale.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ragroyale.com.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, kindly contact us at info@ragroyale.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior approval.
